Spiced Roast Beef Roast
I forgot to picture it. I found one best recipe for Roast Beef. I am not really fond of Roast Beef because I hate what I was cooking in Roast Beef pot in the past. I was craved for Roast Beef Dip so I searched a recipe so I found one that I will like to try one. It turned out the best beef and gravy (It was acutally my first time make the best gravy ever! Serious!! I am not joking. I normally would to make a gravy that turned out lumpy and tasted funny). Here is a recipe. Enjoy it.

Spiced Roast Beef Roast

1/3 cup all-purpose flour

1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
3 pounds boneless beef chuck roast
2 tablespoons cooking oil
1 1/2 cups beef broth

1/2 cup chopped onion
1 1/2 teaspoons curry powder
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger

1. Combine flour, salt and pepper; rub over entire roast. In a Dutch oven, brown roast in oil on all sides. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over roast . Cover and bake at 325 degrees F for 3 hours or until meat is tender. Thicken gravy if desired. Drain it out and add the onion on roast beef then you can make a gravy).
